Moon Jae-in urges inter-Korean action on climate change, after making similar appeal at Glasgow climate conference

Moon delivered the remarks at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit on Thursday, a little more than a week after making a similar pitch at the U.N. climate conference in Glasgow.
