PITAS: Minerals found in Pitas said to be gold drawing crowds from out of town were actually not the precious commodity, clarified a government official.
Senior Assistant Director of the Sabah Mineral and Geoscience Department Cleafos Totu said the golden-coloured stones shown to him by a developer's worker were just pyrite rocks or fool's gold as they were commonly known.
