Q - question

Who is the author of a specific BIM project element and who made its last change? Who did that?!

A - answer With the new Who did it? feature in the Holixa Revit Tools bonus add-on, you can easily find out who is the original author of a specific selected project element or elements in your Revit BIM project, who made the last change to it, or who currently has it reserved/open for editing.

The function "Who did it?" can be found in the Holixa Tools ribbon on the Project tab. Before running the function, select one or more elements in the project.

who did it?

The "Creator" property is the original author, "Current owner" is the author of the current change (e.g. editing it in the current Revit session), and "Last changed by" is the name of the author of the last saved edits. The user names correspond to the "User Name" parameter in the Application Options dialog.
