When the Las Vegas Raiders were at the draft's top, fans were excited about a pass rusher. In a highly herald class led by Nick Bosa, they had a chance to replace Khalil Mack with their first pick.

The Raiders decided to take Clelin Ferrell, which left the draft world shook and wondering what the team was doing. Three seasons and 6.5 sacks later, the Raiders realize they made a mistake are looking to move Ferrell at the trade deadline reported by Albert Breer.

Speaking of draft busts, the Raiders have had discussions involving 2019’s fourth pick, Clelin Ferrell. The ex-Clemson star has 6.5 sacks in 32 career games, and none to date in 2021.

Raiders deciding to move on from Ferrell makes sense with him barely contributing to the roster. Maxx Crosby makes this an easier move. Let’s see what happens next.
