Broke Mill RV Park Sells Within Both Parties’ Quick Timeframe
Broke Mill RV Park is located on 44 acres at 6069 US-90 in Del Rio, TX. The property consists of 76 RV pads and four cabins. The asset recently sold to an undisclosed buyer for an undisclosed purchase price.
CXRE’s Cody Pruitt, senior investment sales manager of the Houston office, and Robin Francis-Baker, investment sales manager of the Dallas office, represented the seller. Sharon Deats, vice president of real estate resources with Team Housing Solutions represented the buyer.
