SineSet system from Suburban Tools allows quick setups

Suburban Tool Inc. has introduced the SineSet system. It comprises a series of SineSet-compatible accessories that can be bolted directly to the company’s sine plates, compound sine plates, and 90-degree conversion plates to create complete working systems.

Users can start with a sine plate, then quickly add and remove a magnetic chuck, precision vise, precision angle plate, vacuum chuck, or Master-Grind spin index fixture, for instance, and each accessory will be perfectly fit and aligned, the manufacturer reports.

The system offers a nearly limitless number of tool combinations, allows quick setups, and eliminates the need for clamping.
