An actual Wisconsin beer baron will be joining the Badger Beer Hour on the October livestream tonight.
Dick Leinenkugel, president of Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co., will discuss the addition of a new pilot brewery at the 154-year-old company’s Chippewa Falls location and what that means for fans of the label’s dormant Big Eddy series of beers. And the hosts might find a few other things to ask him about as well.
This month’s news segment is loaded with big stories, from the opening of Central Waters’ Milwaukee location to the expansion of Octopi Brewing in Waunakee to New Glarus Brewing’s limited reopening to an update on the future of Ale Asylum.
The guys will also run down the next four weeks of beer events in the state and put the Beer Spotlight on Dark Skies, a fantastic new dark lager from Door County Brewing.
