Alvarez & Marsal Backfills Fulton West with Three New Tenants

Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (AMPI) has brought three new tenants to Fulton West, its 121,000-square-foot property at 1320 W. Fulton St. in the Fulton Market District. With leases totaling 72,230 square feet, Fulton West has now backfilled all the occupancy lost during the height of the pandemic’s impact to the office market.

Largest of the three leases was arranged by Colliers Chicago’s Jeff Newcom and Holly Duran for Farmer Business Network, an independent ag tech platform and farmer-to-farmer network. The 43,002-square-foot lease encompasses Fulton West’s entire third and fourth floors and part of the first floor.

Logistics company Nolan Transportation Company (NTG) will occupy the 25,893-square-foot second floor. Colliers’ Tom Berarducci and Weinstock Realty & Development’s Shaun Weinstein represented NTG.

Dude Products signed for a 3,350-square-foot spec suite, represented by Transwestern’s Larry Serota and Jon Zeitler. Madison Rose’s Matt Pistorio and Adam Pines represented AMPI in each transaction.
