Police, firefighters, and paramedics from Elk Grove Village responded about 6:16 a.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2021 to a report pedestrian hit by a vehicle at Higgins Road and Landmeier Road in Elk Grove Village.
UPDATE:
Police and paramedics on arrival discovered a person down in the road. A witness reported CPR being administered at the scene. Paramedics transported the patient to Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village.
Road blocks in the area are likely with traffic delays for an extended accident investigation.
