Conceived in collaboration with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Brizo ’s new Frank Lloyd Wright Bath Collection translates the American icon’s tenets of organic architecture into a striking new collection of fixtures, from a rain-can showerhead reminiscent of Prairie-style eaves to cantilevered lavatory faucets with sideways spouts that release a cascade of (what else?) falling water. brizo.com

This was about pushing the envelope of color,” says Will Cooper, chief creative officer and partner of ASH NYC. He is referring to the AD100 firm’s new line of bath fittings for Waterworks —a vibrant update to the brand’s beloved Highgate series. “We took a lot of time skewing this palette to a different place,” Cooper notes of the porcelain lever handles’ four joyful hues: Jade Green, Cerise Red, Citron Yellow, and Azure Blue. Adds Waterworks CEO Peter Sallick,“They tell a story and make you think because they’re unexpected.” It’s a story that continues in Baltimore, where the fixtures grace ASH NYC’s forthcoming hotel, at the historic Latrobe Building. Set inside this Italian Renaissance– style stunner, Cooper notes, the Waterworks pieces “are icing on the cake.” waterworks.com

Officine Gullo, the Italian purveyor of tailor-made kitchens, recently teamed up with Edgardo Osorio of the luxury footwear brand Aquazzura to create a one-of-a-kind space for his own Venice home. The turquoise-and-nickel kitchen (shown) was such a success that the two have now partnered on a forthcoming appliance line—realized by the artisans at Officine Gullo’s Florence atelier and based on Aquazzura’s coveted design. officinegullo.com
MATTIA AQUILA The eyes, we’re told, are the windows to the soul. And shouldn’t the windows also be a reflection of one’s eye? Hunter Douglas thinks so. This year, the leading maker of custom window treatments launched two new collections as part of its Design Studio Featured Artist series of soft goods. One, conceived by San Francisco textile maestro Seema Krish, is an homage to traditional craft, with seven motifs inspired by her travels. (Pictured, top left and bottom right, are Floret and Waves.) And Marcie Bronkar, a fine artist based in New York City and Los Angeles, has updated historic motifs in her refined array, which includes Amaryllis (bottom left) and Menagerie (top right). Both lines come in drapery, side panels, and Roman or roller shades. hunterdouglas.com
