Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are set to be the first residents of a brand new home in the gated community of Hidden Hills, California. According to Dirt, the couple paid $11.3 million for the 10,417 square foot home which was completed in 2020 and has been on the market since June of that year. The Smiths, who are parents to 20-year-old Willow Smith and 23-year-old Jaden Smith, have owned a different estate in Hidden Hills since 2003, so it should be easy to adjust to the exclusive community. (Will also has a 28-year-old son named Trey from a previous marriage.)
The six bedroom, six full bathroom, and nine half bathroom home’s first floor is an entertainer’s paradise thanks to its open concept layout and numerous rooms suited for leisure time. This includes a soundproof media room, a billiards room, and an attached wet bar with a convenient half wall cut out on its left side and back windows flanked by bar seating so that guests in the next room over or in the backyard can grab a drink. Thanks to its light wood cabinetry and plethora of natural light throughout, the home is plenty comfortable.
Many of the rooms downstairs open to the outdoor space, which features an infinity-edged pool, covered patios with built-in space heaters, and a multifunctional sports court that can be used to play basketball or pickleball. The yard has very little grass or shrubbery, making it particularly drought tolerant.

Done in a Napa Modern style, the home is notably less earthy than their Stephen Samuelson-designed 25,000 square foot adobe-style estate in Malibu that AD toured back in 2011. In addition to their multiple L.A. dwellings, the couple owns homes in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Utah.
