With their home in Los Angeles currently on the market, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reportedly picked up a new place in Miami. The couple, who were married in a small ceremony in Las Vegas in 2019 and later hosted lavish nuptials in France, and who welcomed their first daughter Willa last year, paid $11 million for their new waterfront pad, which features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The listing touts the design as being inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, and one can see how that is true from the exterior of the home. The boxy structure features an abundance of floor-to-ceiling windows, but it is nothing like the typical ultra-modern, stark white homes typically found in Miami. Between the panes of glass there is dark wood, and stone is also used in the construction. There’s also an indoor garden and koi pond.

Inside, the grand salon area features more wood and stone, plus 30-foot-high ceilings decorated with a large chandelier. The staircase, which is visible from the exterior of the home through the large windows, is quite stylish and appears to be held up by wooden slats coming down from the ceiling. The primary suite is full of amenities, including two bathrooms, so the Game of Thrones star and the Jonas Brothers singer will each be able to brush their teeth in total privacy. Outdoors, in addition to at least one upstairs deck, the home features a pool and a nearby indoor-outdoor bar, plus a space to dock a boat right off of the back yard. Dina Goldentayer and Sylvia Chamorro with Douglas Elliman co-listed the property, and Compass agent Carl Gambino represented the buyers.
