7.84m vaccine jabs administered

About 7,842,300 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 4,244,800 people receiving their first dose and around 3,597,400 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,544,900 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 2,699,900 people got the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 1,335,100 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 2,262,300 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 43,200 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

Around 1,900 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 5,700 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 14,600 people received their first dose and around 21,000 people got their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine and the BioNTech one at community vaccination centres is about 96%.

 

As of 8pm, about 900 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 5,100 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, 14 people were sent to hospitals.
