8 Beer Events Brewing in Milwaukee This Week: Aug. 25-28

Saturday’s Wisconsin IPA Fest is one big reason to be glad that you’re a craft beer fan this week.

Wednesday, Aug. 25

Head to the Racine Zoo (2131 N. Main St.) for Roar and Pour from 6 to 8 p.m. Enjoy a few beers from MobCraft, try a few hors d’oeuvres and learn about the zoo. Cost is $30 and pre-registration is required.

Pequod Distribution is bringing some of its craft brands to Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) at 4 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 26

Lakefront Brewery is bringing some special beers to the Tap Yard Bayshore (5689 N. Bayshore Dr.) from 4 to 9 p.m. Beerline Barleywine will make an appearance, as will 2020 Black Friday Imperial Stout.

Raised Grain Brewing’s pop-up beer garden comes to Fox Brook Park (2925 N. Barker Rd.) for the weekend. Hours are 4 to 9 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 3 to 9 p.m. on Saturday.

Friday, Aug. 27

Bring your dog and your thirst to Bark N Brew Fest this weekend at Hart Park (7300 Chestnut St.). Yappy Hour happens Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and costs $15. Admission is free on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 1840 Brewing beer garden comes to the gazebo in Rotary Park (4100 Highland Rd., Mequon).

Saturday, Aug. 28

Wisconsin IPA Fest returns to Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.) from 2 to 5 p.m. Check out IPAs from 50 Wisconsin breweries.

Honey Creek Park (8405 W. National Ave.) hosts 1840 Brewing’s beer garden.
