India's first-ever Smog tower has been set up in the capital city Delhi’s Connaught Place area to improve the air quality within a radius of about one kilometer. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal launched the tower. It is built by Tata Projects Limited (TPL) with technical assistance from IIT Bombay in collaboration with IIT Delhi.
