A global network of female judges are fearful for their Afghanistan colleagues, who they say are in hiding right now from the organization that assumed power of the country over the weekend.

Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa S. Walsh is the former president of the National Association of Women Judges and current U.S. representative to the larger International Association of Women Judges board, which represents over 6,500 jurists in more than 100 countries.
