Fiji Pine Ltd has paid out $549,061 to landowners as lease rental for the second half of 2021.
The money was paid to the iTaukei Land Trust Board which would distribute payments to the various landowners.
A total of 59 landowning units in Bua will get $107,574 with Tikina Lekutu to be paid $26,722 and Tikina Bua $18,061.
A sum of $131,315 will be paid out to 15 landowning units in Nabou while 18 landowning units in Lololo will be paid $95,157. Another 16 landowning units in Ra will receive $51,991 with 20 landowners in Macuata to get $42,264.
The 24 landowning units in Nadi will be paid $96,737 with Tikina Nawaka receiving the highest amount of $25,948 and Tikina Rukuruku $22,377.
