The celebration of the Milwaukee Bucks’ first NBA title in 50 years continues with a parade through downtown Milwaukee on Thursday at 11 a.m.
Bucks players, coaches, owners, alumni and staff will take part in the parade, which will begin at the intersection of East Wisconsin and North Prospect avenues. The parade will then proceed west on East Wisconsin Avenue before turning north onto North Water Street. From there, the route will continue to East Knapp Street and end at the Milwaukee River.
Following the parade, a championship celebration will be held in the Deer District with Bucks players, coaches, owners and executives taking the stage. The championship celebration will take place in Block 6 of the Deer District, which is located directly north of Fiserv Forum between Vel R. Phillips Avenue and Fifth Street.

The stage will be setup on the north side of Block 6 near the intersection of Fifth Street and McKinley Avenue, with viewing areas and screens setup throughout Deer District. The anticipated start time of the championship celebration is 12:30 p.m.
Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett will also attend the championship celebration in Deer District, with Bucks’ sign language interpreter Brice Christianson providing American Sign Language for full inclusion for deaf fans.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to come to the center of our city and honor the victorious Bucks,” Barrett said. “The team has brought Milwaukee together in a special way, shining positive, worldwide attention on our community. This is a time to celebrate with enthusiasm!”
Parade watchers are asked not to camp, place furniture or reserve spaces along the parade route during the overnight hours prior to the event.
