4.57m vaccine jabs administered

About 4,575,400 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,698,500 people receiving their first dose and around 1,876,800 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,109,800 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,588,700 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 775,300 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 1,101,600 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 57,100 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

About 9,100 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 11,300 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 24,700 people received their first dose and about 12,000 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 95%, while it is 97% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 4,800 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 23,800 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, 13 people were sent to hospitals.
