4.39m vaccine doses given

About 4,396,600 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,591,800 people receiving their first dose and around 1,804,800 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,076,500 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,515,200 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 744,000 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 1,060,800 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 55,000 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

About 4,900 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 11,100 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 21,600 people received their first dose and about 17,300 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 97%, while it is 98% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 3,700 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 22,300 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, three people were sent to hospitals.
