Daniel Mickelson's girlfriend Maddie Haley has shared a heartbreaking note she received from the late actor before his tragic death.
The popular star - who starred in the 2019 TV series Mani and indie horror movie The Killer Clown Meets the Candy Man - died at the age of 23 on Sunday.
Daniel's sister broke the news to fans on Instagram, prompting an outpouring of support from celebrity friends and fans alike.
After joining in the tributes to say her heart was 'shattered' by the loss, Daniel's partner Maddie has returned to Instagram to share an adorable hand-written letter from her beau.
"You mean more to me than you will ever know," Daniel told the student nurse.
"Whenever I'm down or in a mood I can honestly just think of you and I'm immediately brought back to peace," the actor penned.
"Everyday without you gets harder + harder and my heart grows fonder every day.
"I pray that you stay the course and stay focused because your potential is out of this world," he told Maddie.
"There is so much to look forward to but don't ever forget to enjoy the 'now' because you won't get to do it again," Daniel went on, with the word 'now' underlined.
"I am truly head over heels for you.
"To the sweetest most beautiful soul I've ever come across in my life.
"I love you so much and will wait as long as it takes," he finished the sweet note.
As she shared the love letter on Instagram, which was scawled on the back of a script, Maddie revealed she had framed it in a silver case.
"Living in the 'now' every day from now on because of you," she told her partner.
Maddie also shared more intimate snaps of their time together, including selfies of them cuddling up in bed.
On Monday, Maddie revealed she had been planning 'to spend the rest of her life' with Daniel and said the dream had been ;stripped away.'
"I wish I could tell you how much I love you and I wish I got the chance to say goodbye. I'm not sure how I'm going to get through this but I'm going to be strong for you because I know it's what you would have wanted," she wrote.
Maddie ended her tribute: "Everything I do now is for you. Now I have a guardian angel by my side for the rest of my life. I am going to make you so proud. I love you forever babe."
Daniel's sister Meredith commented on the post: "He loved you more than anything and i love you more than anything."
