Help to claim
One of my clients has just been told that Help to Claim will not assist with a claim until she has done 3 months work.
It would appear they are gatekeeping.
This is not a good development.
Has anyone else heard similar?

I’ve never heard of this before. Was this a job centre or the UC claim line that said that? To be honest, I usually find the opposite in that they direct any UC query to help to claim!
