A few days ago we told you about the news that Leon’s Frozen Custard (3131 S. 27th St.) would soon announce the first new flavor to its regular custard offerings in 30 years. That’s monumental, folks.
To celebrate – and add to the anticipation – the shop asked that Facebook followers guess the new flavor and post it in the comments on their page. The first five people to guess correctly would win a pint of the new flavor. Leon’s post received more than a thousand comments – everything from salted caramel to cookies and cream.

And now, it’s time to learn which flavor has been added to the Leon’s family. It’s… Blue Moon! Due to the unprecedented response, Leon’s expanded the giveaway to 10 winners.
