Frozen custard is, of course, near and dear to a Milwaukeean’s heart. And Leon’s Frozen Custard (3131 S. 27th St.) is a local institution.
We’ve got some big news, courtesy of Facebook. For the first time in 30 years, the creamy-dessert giant is adding a new flavor to its regular rotation. If you are one of the first five people to guess that flavor – and post it on this Facebook thread – you will win a pint of that new flavor.
Think you know? Well, get to it. To eliminate some contenders, here are the flavors that are currently in rotation: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cinnamon, raspberry, butter pecan, mint and maple nut. The new flavor will debut on Friday, May 21. The winners will be announced on Friday at 11 a.m.
Note that if you win, you must be able to pick up your pint!
