I am dealing with an UT appeal, and the UT judge and HMRC have referred to the above case. However, I have been told that no decision has been made in that case.
I was wondering if anyone who posts on Rightsnet is involved in the case and can give me some details of the arguments made?
(The case appears to be one where a claim for UC was made, and then an attempt was made to return to tax credits.)
