Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 107K-SF Industrial Facility in Lawrence

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 106,693-square-foot industrial facility in Lawrence, MASS. The sales price was reported as $3 million.

The property is located within a qualified opportunity zone approximately 1.7 miles from Interstate 93. The property was built around the turn of the 20th century and renovated in 2002.

Harrison Klein and Luigi Lessa of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed. The property was sold via online auction in conjunction with Evan Koransky at Ten-X.
