Testing record checks completed

April 16, 2021

The Government today said it has completed a joint enforcement operation on a compulsory testing notice in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The notice covered Union Mansion, 33-35 Chatham Road South.

The enforcement action was conducted from around 7am to 9.30am by the Yau Tsim Mong District Office, together with Police and the Centre for Health Protection.

About 160 residents' test records were checked during the operation. Among them, 10 people were found to have violated the compulsory testing notice.

Noting that the enforcement process may cause inconvenience to residents, the Government appealed for their understanding as the operation was conducted to stop the spread of COVID-19.
