544k vaccine doses given

About 544,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 323,800 people receiving their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and about 68,900 people getting their second dose.

 

About 151,300 people have received the BioNTech vaccine so far.

 

Around 3,600 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

Among them, about 3,300 people received the jab at eight community vaccination centres (CVCs), while about 300 were inoculated at private doctors and clinics participating in the programme.

 

Around 9,100 people received their second dose of the Sinovac vaccine today, including about 7,400 people vaccinated at CVCs and about 1,700 people through private doctors and clinics.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is about 96%.

 

As of 8pm, about 3,200 people had reserved their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 42,300 had reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech vaccine.

 

As of midnight, one man was sent to hospital.
