520k vaccine doses given

About 520,300 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 466,300 people receiving their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and about 54,000 people getting their second dose.

 

About 151,300 people have received the BioNTech vaccine so far.

 

Around 5,200 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

Among them, some 3,300 people received the jab at eight community vaccination centres (CVCs) while about 1,900 were inoculated at private doctors and clinics participating in the programme.

 

Around 10,000 people received their second dose of the Sinovac vaccine today, including about 3,700 people vaccinated at CVCs and about 6,300 through private doctors and clinics.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is about 94%.

 

As of 8pm, about 3,100 people had reserved their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online in the past 24 hours.

 

As of midnight, two people were sent to hospital.
