Operators of eligible licensed food factories who are interested in the Food Courts Subsidy Scheme should submit applications by 5pm on March 31, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) announced today.

Launched under the Anti-epidemic Fund, the scheme has received over 370 applications since its inception on March 1 and 20 of them have been approved with a sum of $570,000 disbursed.

The application form and guidelines can be downloaded from the department’s website.

Applications should be submitted to the department’s District Environmental Hygiene Offices in person or by post.
