Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are expanding their empire. The power couple recently purchased a condo in the Ritz-Carlton Residences building in Miami Beach for $3 million.

The two-bedroom, three-bath unit spans more than 2,800 square feet and overlooks the Surprise Waterway canal, Biscayne Bay, and downtown Miami through its glass exterior walls. The open floor plan includes large, high-ceilinged living areas, broad terraces, and a Boffi-designed kitchen and bathrooms, each outfitted with stone flooring.

The supermodel and entrepreneur will also have access to all of the Ritz-Carlton Residences’ many amenities. The building features a rooftop pool deck complete with private cabanas and an outdoor grilling area, a Club Room with a pool table and virtual golf setup, a meditation garden, a spa and fitness center, and an art studio. Residents can also purchase access to one of the building’s private boat slips on the canal.

Crawford and Gerber seem to be going all in on the Sunshine State: In the final days of 2020, with their longtime Malibu home and more recently purchased Beverly Hills abode both on the market, the pair snagged a 3,800-square-foot midcentury modern property in Miami Beach for just over $9.6 million. That home, with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, sits on 0.4 acres and offers more than 100 feet of private, unobstructed water frontage on Biscayne Bay.
