The truth is that you can’t be in one work environment forever. It’s not even the best thing to do. Progress is necessary. You’ll need to leave for one or two reasons which are understandable and valid.

There are one thousand and one reasons you might want to leave your current job or something like that. It might be because of the pay. It might be because of the team. It might be the case that the firm’s vision no longer aligns with yours.

For instance, you might have to leave a firm where you work 24 hours round the clock because you want to have more time for your family and look for a job that demands lesser time. You know, all those reasons are valid.

By the way. It’s good to reiterate before I proceed that I’m not saying you should leave your current job. Don’t get me wrong, please. However, this information might be necessary whenever you need to do so.
