Take the time every morning to find 3 stories on Medium that resonate with you and clap 49 times for each of them.
Don’t just hold your finger on the clap icon until it reaches 50.
Clap, lift your finger, wait until the number balloon finishes its ascent and disappears into the aether, do it again and again until you reach 49, then stop.
If you enjoyed reading a story, surely the author deserves your mindful attention for another 49 seconds.
