Voisin Law has named Daniel Walker as a new Partner within the banking and corporate team.
Daniel joined Voisin’s bursary scheme in 2005, before taking up a position as a trainee solicitor with the firm in 2006.
He has a wide practice area, including advising on all aspects of Jersey corporate, security and banking law, with a focus on acting for real estate developers in relation to real estate finance, restructurings and property acquisition.
Daniel also has extensive experience in relation to trusts. He advises several Jersey and Swiss trust companies on all aspects of trust law.
