SAN JOSE — Two people were found dead in an RV parking in a grocery store lot early Tuesday, but investigators have not found any evidence of foul play in the discovery, according to San Jose police.

The RV, which was parked outside the Grocery Outlet at Bernal Road and Santa Teresa Boulevard, prompted an emergency call around 12:20 a.m. that summoned fire and police personnel to the site. They found two adults deceased inside, and cordoned off the surrounding area.

San Jose police said an examination of the scene did not yield any apparent evidence of foul play or suspicious circumstances, and officers called the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office to take custody of the decedents and determine how they died.

Overnight temperatures over the past week have hovered in the mid- to low-40s, and on Tuesday morning the temperature dipped to 39 degrees.
