Quick question - can debt management see consent on UC journal?

Need to find out about some UC deductions, client authorised me to speak via usual method on her UC journal. Will DWP debt management be able to see this though? Cheers

They should but Debt Management are notoriously bad - I have a client who has had 5 letters regarding an overpayment each with a completely different amount!
