Horror Workshop - #004 - The Wretched Abyss

Not much is known about this horrifying entity, but all who have encountered The Wretched Abyss have been driven irreversibly mad. They all claim to have seen a floating black mass of oozing flesh, staring at them with soulless, white eyes. Within seconds, their heads are filled with forbidden knowledge not meant for mortal beings to know, which explains why they are driven to insanity. Many would often ramble about the creations of Thult, an eldritch abomination from a distant and mysterious dimension. They would reflect on the horrors they had come to know after The Wretched Abyss, Thult's messenger, filled their heads with all these visions.

The appearances of this apparition are never consistent and can happen at any place on any night.
