Tungsten carbide-tipped circular saw blades from New-Form Tools can be resharpened, retipped

New-Form Tools offers tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) circular saw blades, designed to address the specifications of the tube and pipe industry. According to the company, the blades can last up to four times longer than the average high-speed steel circular saw blades.

The blades are suitable for a variety of sawing applications and are manufactured to fit tube mills and secondary sawing applications including Rattunde, Sinico, Bewo, MTM, OTO, Nakata, and Kusakabe. Each blade features advanced coating to increase blade life and reduce cycle time, states the manufacturer.

The company’s Sharpening Program helps turn throw-away saw blades into assets through resharpening and retipping.
