Appeal coming up for child with phenylketonuria - special diet required + dietary management. Case law website is down so I cannot access R(A) 1/87 and CSDLA/160/95 which seem o be the key cases.

(I am (also) thinking about supervision, emotional support., prompt to eat as well as direct dietary stuff ...).

1. Does anyone have a copy of either of these that they can share?
2. Anyone have recent experience, or wisdom to share?

Have a look at CDLA/2188/2001:

See paragraph 9 especially.
