Ocorian has appointed Ben Hill as Managing Director of its Guernsey office.
Ben has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services in the Channel Islands, including fund administration, banking, custody, depositary and fiduciary services. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director.
He joins Ocorian after eight years with Northern Trust, most recently as Head of Fiduciary and Senior Vice President in Guernsey. Prior to this, he spent 10 years with Deutsche Bank in the Channel Islands.
In his new role, Ben will oversee all aspects of Ocorian's business in Guernsey, including service delivery, client care and business development.
He will work with the board, group and the team on the ground to implement a strategic plan that delivers sustained growth in funds, corporate and private client services.
Ben replaces Mel Torode, who stepped in as Interim MD at the end of 2019 and has now become a Non-Executive Director of Ocorian in Guernsey.
