Maples and Calder has appointed Mark Crichton as a Partner within its Corporate and Finance teams in Maples Group's Jersey office.
Mark will support the expansion and development of the firm’s growing practice in Jersey.
He has spent the past nine years at Walkers, latterly as Partner. His practice focuses on corporate, finance and investment funds transactions.
A Jersey Advocate, Mark also specialises in advising on the use of Jersey structures in corporate real estate transactions, including sharia-compliant holding structures and trust structures.
He is also a member of the Jersey Law Society.
