John Paquin accused of stealing Marlborough DPW truck, driving it to Worcester and parking in the middle of the road

A Marlborough man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a DPW truck, driving it to Worcester and parking in the middle of a busy road.

Around 4:20 a.m. Tuesday, Worcester police received a report that a man parked Marlborough DPW truck in the middle of Major Taylor Boulevard and walked away, police said in a statement.

Officers found the man, identified as 19-year-old John Paquin of Marlborough, on the Saint Vincent Hospital property, police said.

There was an active warrant for Paquin’s arrest, the statement said. Police did not specify the charge related to the warrant.

Paquin is expected to be arraigned for larceny of a motor vehicle and the existing warrant.
