Marvel's Avengers patch improves stability, fixes some bugs

Marvel's Avengers is out today, and so is a stability patch.

A stability patch for Marvel's Avengers is available on all platforms, but we've pulled PC-specific information off the game's Steam page.

Contents of the patch are based on data collected after early access to the game started on September 1.

PC-specific fixes in the patch include a work-around for the Nvidia 10-series driver problem. The issue was causing crashes when using ALT-TAB, ALT-ENTER, and other situations.

The patch also enabled Steam Cloud so that you can synchronize your save-games between multiple PCs.

There is also a fix for a DEVICE_HUNG crash some users experienced in the sewers.

Crystal Dynamics also fixed a problem that caused some players to be unable to throw rocks as Hulk or to shoot as Iron Man.

Stability improvements along with various bugs fixes were also made with the patch on PC and other platforms.

If you plan on jumping into the game today, check out our Marvel’s Avengers Gear guide. It shows you how to gather resources and improve your equipment. You should also check out this guide in where to find all of the Ms. Marvel comic books.
