Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:31 PM Saturday September 19, 2020 of a wallet theft at Jewel-Osco, 1860 South Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully took the victim’s wallet from a shopping cart after the wallet was left unattended by the victim. Contained in the wallet was various credit and identification cards. The victim’s credit cards were later used fraudulently.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, September 19, 2020 between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:30 (hours: minutes).
