I’ve looked for this a few times and not found it. Does it still exist? Has anyone got a link?
I need to speak to them urgently so contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) isn’t a preferable option.

if you click on ‘contact us for help’ here https://www.appeal-benefit-decision.service.gov.uk/benefit-type it pops up. I’ve never used it though
You also have to click on the blank box that appears
Doesn’t “pop up” in MS Edge!
Typed that as am currently waiting 5 minutes for a chat to start in Chrome.

I have nothing to do with Google, Facebook or AWS in any form if I can help it so, in work, that kinda leaves me with Edge or Firefox or similar. They won’t let me have DDG.
