Francisco Orozco-Macias, age 26, of the block of 600 Willow Glen Street in Addison, faces three counts of aggravated battery in a public place, three counts of criminal sexual abuse and one count of violation of bail bond — five weeks after he was arrested accused of window peeping.

Francisco Orozco-Macias was released in July 2020 on $7,500 personal-recognizance bail (no money required, but can be demanded on violations of conditions of bond) for several charges of disorderly conduct — three window peeping for lewd or unlawful purposes charge and one trespassing charge.

The window peeping offenses are alleged to have taken place at …

12:55 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at a home in the block of 900 North Mill Road in Addison;

9:30 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2020 at a home in the block of 900 North Howard Avenue in Addison;

and three times between April 1 and July 1, 2020 at a home in the block of 600 Willow Glen in Addison.

Francisco Orozco-Macias is also charged with trespassing by entering the Mill Road home Wednesday, June 10, 2020.

The “window peeping for lewd or unlawful purposes” charges were filed Wednesday, July 22, 2020. Next, Francisco Orozco-Macias was released on the personal-recognizance bail that allowed him to be free without posting any money for bond.

Then on Saturday, August 29, 2020, Francisco Orozco-Macias was accused of grabbing three minors in public — grabbing the buttocks of two juveniles (no genders not provided), and “grabbing the genital” of a girl. The victims were at least 13 years-old, but no more than 16 years-old when the alleged crimes occurred at 9:23 p.m. on August 29, 2020, according to DuPage County court records.

Francisco Orozco-Macias was arrested Saturday, August 29, 2020 and booked at DuPage County Jail on August 30, 2020. As of September 10, 2020, Francisco Orozco-Macias remains in DuPage County jail on $30,000 bail. If he posts bond and is released, he is required to wear a GPS monitor that would notify law enforcement authorities if he came within 1,000 feet of the victims.
