I was a little worried about not having a USB, etc. but it installed really easily, but I uninstalled the software of the Microsoft Office that came with the computer, which I feel is easier. No problems, which I had read about, but they did not uninstall the program first. Very easy to use. Word is just a little different but you will get use to.
