Simpac America launches Service Division

Press manufacturer Simpac America, Troy, Mich., the North American subsidiary of South Korea’s Simpac Inc., has announced a $1 million expansion with the launch of its new Service Division.

The company has named Gwanghaeng Lee as senior mechanic specialist. He has more than 18 years of experience in press installations, trial runs, and automation processes. Brian Lee, hired as sales and service manager, has more than eight years of experience in overseas sales and cross-functional team projects across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

The company expects to hire 15 employees over the next few years.
