Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have secured a new home just one month after the sale of their longtime Bel Air mansion. The embattled pair, who are currently awaiting prison sentences following their involvement in a headline-making college admissions scandal, paid $9.5 million for a brand-new Hidden Hills property.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home was completed last year, but Loughlin and Giannulli will be its first occupants. Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the celebrity-friendly neighborhood, the property spans 1.57 acres, with an 11,748-square-foot contemporary farmhouse featuring a unique exterior that mixes stark white walls and varnished wood siding. Once inside, there is an impressive front foyer with a double-height ceiling and clerestory windows that flood the space with natural light. There are maple hardwood floors throughout the dwelling, and the great room has a large floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace and two rows of parallel skylights.

Elsewhere on the ground floor is a chef’s kitchen with clean-lined white cabinetry, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A robust center island and adjacent dining space provide ample room for more casual meals, while a formal dining room (situated, conveniently, across from a temperature-controlled wine closet) seats at least a dozen guests. A set of glass sliders situated on one side of the kitchen open out onto a covered dining loggia in the backyard, ideal for outdoor dining in warmer weather. Other notable amenities include a gym and home theater. Out back, there’s a pool and spa, fire pit, and a built-in barbecue.
