The Gold Series X-Flo industrial dust collector from Camfil Air Pollution Control can reduce compressed air consumption up to 70% because it provides more airflow and usable filter media, according to the company. The increased airflow helps clean filter cartridges thoroughly with each pulse, enabling the system to pulse-clean less frequently.

The dust collector is designed in individual modules that handle airflows up to 6,000 CFM using four filter cartridges. The cartridges feature inner cones that evenly distribute the pulsed air along the outer pack of the filter and through the inner cone, ejecting more dust straight into the hopper.
